Welcome to my little pepper place
My first experience with REAL fire was when I was a kid at Boy Scout camp. We were all eating breakfast and I usually put ground black pepper on my eggs. One of the adults was pouring liquid from a little red bottle onto his eggs. I asked him what it was and he said "ketchup." I doused my eggs with the "ketchup" and immediately smelled vinegar. Well, I tried my eggs and WOW! Instant addiction to Tabasco Sauce. From that point on- my quest in life was for fire.
I decided to create a web page devoted to my personal opinions on the various sauces, salsas, restaurants, publications, etc. that I have encountered. Now I am not a Dave DeWitt but I consider myself the average pepper addict. I may be able to help other addicts like myself out there on what to look out for when it comes to our shared quest for fire.
